Virginia “Jinny” Pauline Aldrich Moll, 90, of Gibsonburg, passed away July 29, 2026, in the Serenity Unit at Windsor Lane. She was born on April 21, 1936, in Fremont, Ohio, to Paul and Marguerite (Van Ness) Aldrich. Jinny was a 1954 graduate of Gibsonburg High School. On April 21, 1956, she married James “Curly” William Moll at the former Church of Christ in Gibsonburg, and they celebrated 64 years of marriage before his passing on September 5, 2020. She and Curly worked for many years together at the Myers “A” Station. However, Jinny is well known as the bus driver for Gibsonburg Schools, a job she loved and dedicated 43 years to before finally retiring.

Jinny was a member of the Wayne Church of Christ and a long-time member of the Gibsonburg Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary. In her free time, she loved playing in bowling leagues, Bunco and volleyball.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, James “Boomer” (Bonnie) Moll of Gibsonburg and Teresa Langley of Fremont; grandchildren, Matthew James Wonderly, Joseph David Wonderly, Jordan Marie Langley, Mitchell James Langley, Jody Younker, Dustin Moll, Nick Moll, Melissa Combs; 15 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; siblings, Paul LaMar Aldrich, Paula (Scott) Pertner, C.L. Aldrich; sister-in-law, Lenora Aldrich.

In addition to her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by her brothers, Jimmie, Franklin, Jerry and David “Buck” (KIA in Vietnam); son-in-law, James Langley; sisters-in-law, Madeline Aldrich and Jackie Aldrich.

Visitation will take place on Monday, August 3, 2026, from 2:00 PM-4:00 PM and 6:00 PM-8PM at Herman-Veh Funeral Home & Crematory, 319 W. Madison Street, Gibsonburg, OH, 43431. Additional visiting will be held Tuesday, August 4, 2026, from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at the funeral home. Funeral services will begin at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at West Union Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Heartland Hospice or to the Gibsonburg Volunteer Fire Department.
