Theodore Zelczak

Theodore M. Zelczak, 72, of Fremont, passed away March 7, 2024 at Elmwood Assisted Living. He was born April 25, 1951 in Barberton, OH the son of Edward and Pauline (Pawlus) Zelczak.

Ted was a 1969 graduate of Calvert High School and attended Heidelberg University in Tiffin. He worked for Whirlpool Corp.

Ted was an avid baseball fan. He enjoyed the Cleveland Indians and Browns, time at Crane Creek State Park and trivia night at the 818 Club. He loved reading and spending time with his grandchildren.

Surviving is his son Matthew of SanFransisco, CA; 2 grandchildren; 1great-grandson; brothers Edward Jr. of Honolulu,HI and Paul (Carol) of Alexandria, VA; brother-in-law Earl Waller of Findlay. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Anna Marie Waller.

Visitation will take place at 10:00A.M. on Thursday, March 14, 2024 at Herman-Karlovetz Funeral Home & Crematory, 900 North Street, Fremont, OH; a time of sharing will begin at 11:00A.M.
