Steven Slane

Fremont- Steven M. Slane, 54, passed away in his home on June 10, 2019. Born January 5, 1965 in Rogers, Arkansas to Lawrence and Frances (Wagner) Slane.

A graduate of Fremont Ross High School, Steven took on many jobs in the area as a machinist. When he was in good health, Steven enjoyed attending Sprint Car races, both locally and at other tracks. He also enjoyed music and caring for the many birds who visited his never empty feeders.

Surviving are his sons, Michael (Jennifer) Slane of Toledo and Nicholas Slane of Ann Arbor, MI; grandson, Jhonen Slane; and brothers, Robert and David Hansen both of Vickery.

Steven is preceded in death by his dad, Lawrence Slane and mom, Frances Wagner.
