Rosalie Mary Murray

Rosalie M. Murray, 88, of Gibsonburg passed away on April 15, 2026 at Countryside Manor in Fremont. 

She was born on December 24, 1937 to the late Earl Ernest and Ida Mae (Swartz) Murray. 

Rosalie graduated from Gibsonburg High School, and worked as a cashier for K-Mart for many years. She was a member of Faith United Methodist Church, now Gibsonburg Community Church. She enjoyed spending her time in the women's group there, as well as reading and working on crossword puzzles. 

Left to cherish her memory are her sister-in-law, Elaine Murray; many nieces and nephews; and very special friend, Jan Kirwen.

Rosalie is preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Idea; and siblings, Clarence (Rosemarie) Murray, Norma (Herb) Ackley, William Murray, and infant brother, Michael. 

Graveside Services will be held on Tuesday, April 21 at West Union Cemetery, Gibsonburg, beginning at 2:00PM.

Donations in Rosalie's name may be made to a cause of the donor's choice.
