Robert "Bob" Fish

Robert “Bob” William Fish, 70, of Gibsonburg, passed away January 3, 2022. He was born in Fremont, Ohio, on December 9, 1951, to Lorn and Joyce (Barber) Fish. He attended Gibsonburg High School. Over the years he worked various jobs including: Tank’s Meats, Smith’s Market, L&M Garage, RK Body Shop, Kingsway Auto Parts, Dayton Marine, and most recently for Washington Township. Bob was also a volunteer firefighter for the Lindsey Volunteer Fire Department. In his free time, he enjoyed hunting, riding his motorcycle, snow plowing the roads in the winter and socializing with friends at the bar. He will be remembered by his family and friends for always looking out for them and demonstrating how much he cared.

Surviving are his sisters: Sandra and Patricia “brat” Fish, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents. 

A graveside service will be held Saturday, July 22, 2023, at 10:30 AM at Washington Chapel Cemetery, Helena, Ohio. Pastor Dennis Wansilter will officiate.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Bob’s family c/o his nephew, James Fish, to assist with his funeral services.
