Paula Jean (Stein) Hinote

Paula Jean (Stein) Hinote, 74 of Fremont passed away at her home on July 30, 2026.

She was born on June 13, 1952 to Paul N. and Jean (Whitman) Stein.

Paula was a 1970 graduate of Fremont Ross High School.

Friends and family will remember her independent, hardworking nature and her love of gardening that was shown both outside and inside her home with beautiful flowers and plants.

Left to cherish her memory are her mother, Jean E. (Whitman) Stein of Tiffin; sisters, Vickie (Larry) Hutlock of Grafton, Sally (Jeff) Baker of Tiffin, and Denise (Kevin) Smith of Christiana, TN; 4 nieces, 1 nephew, and multiple great nieces.

Paula is preceded in death by her father, Paul N. Stein.

A private celebration of Paula's life will be held at a later date.

Donations in Paula's name may be made to the Sandusky County Master Gardeners.
