Marion "Cox" Stahl, 70 of Gibsonburg, passed away in the early morning of Friday, January 14, 2022, at his home.

He was born on April 9, 1951, to the late John and Doris (Deno) Stahl in Gibsonburg.
A 1970 graduate of Gibsonburg High School, Marion went on to work for Chrysler as a machinist.

On February 13, 1982, he married Sharon Maxwell, and she survives.

An avid outdoorsman, Cox enjoyed hunting and fishing, and he often would travel for trapshooting competitions. He also enjoyed golfing, and later found joy in driving around with Sharon in search of deer and other wildlife.
Marion is survived by his wife, Sharon; children, John (Cathy) Stahl, and Jason Stahl of Gibsonburg; grandchildren, Miranda Garcia, Andrew Garcia, Austin Garcia, and Ian Stahl; great-grandchildren, Amber Garcia and Aiden Garcia; brother, Clifford (Cindy) Stahl of Port Clinton; sisters, Rita (Donnie) Claypool and Virginia McLaughlin of Gibsonburg; and sister-in-law, Easter Aldrich of Gibsonburg.

He is preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Robert, Herbert, and Dale Aldrich.

A time of visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 19, 2022, at Herman-Veh Funeral Home & Crematory, Gibsonburg from 2:00-4:00 PM and 6:00 - 8:00 PM
A memorial service for Marion will be held on Thursday, January 20, 2022, beginning at 10:00 AM at Herman-Veh Funeral Home & Crematory, 319 W. Madison St. Gibsonburg, OH 43431.

Memorial Donations in Marion's name may be made to the Stahl family, in care of his brother, Clifford.
