Obituary

Lois Mullins, 77, of Fremont, passed away April 27, 2026, at Stein Hospice in Sandusky. She was born September 5, 1948, in Toledo, to Jack and Maybelle (Christiansen) Oney. Lois was a 1966 graduate of Gibsonburg High School and later earned an Associate degree in Business Management from the University of Kentucky.

She was married to Delbert Mullins in 1966 for 21 years.

She was proceeded in death by her parents and her husband Delbert Mullins.

Lois had many passions: reading, needlework, puzzles, fishing, bingo and going to the casino. But her all-time favorite thing to do, was spending hours becoming a “billionaire” in her favorite online game, "Farm Town". Lois proudly owned multiple farms and kept detailed notebooks of her growing ventures. Also, her love for plants was a great passion. Her home was filled with everything from succulents to orchids, with lilacs holding a special place in her heart.

Lois was also a "TRUE" devoted fan of Jelly Roll—so much so, that a special day was set aside during her Dialysis just to listen to his music. There was also a special day that was dedicated to only listening to Jelly Roll in her memory.

She leaves behind countless happy memories and stories that reflects her love for her children: Brian (Dawn) Mullins, Tammy Campton, and her sister, Judy (Ed) Komyanek.

But above all, she found her greatest joy in her grandchildren: Cassy (Jason Good) Mullins, Tyler (Bella) Campton, Brendon (Jess) Mullins, Caleb (Mercedes Lee) Campton, Drake Mullholand, and her eight great-grandchildren, all of whom she treasured dearly.

Per her request, there will be a private family ceremony.

Herman-Karlovetz Funeral Home & Crematory, Fremont, Ohio, is assisting the Mullins family during this difficult time.
