Linda Marie Tille

Linda M. Tille,73, of Gibsonburg, passed away June 14, 2025 at Hospice of Northwest Ohio. She was born May 24, 1952 in Fremont the daughter of Willis and Joan (Cable) Shoemaker. On December 13, 1997 she married Thomas J. Tille at their Gibsonburg home, he preceded her in death on December 22, 2008.

Linda dedicated a significant portion of her professional life as the office manager for Dr. Scott Meade's dental practice, where her attention to detail and compassionate nature made her an invaluable part of the team. Later, she brought her organizational skills and love for animals to Westview Veterinary Hospital, helping both pets and their owners.Linda found joy in the simple pleasures of life. Her love of gardening allowed her to cultivate not only beautiful blooms but also cherished memories spent outdoors, surrounded by nature. Whether she was tending to her garden, whipping up delicious meals in the kitchen, or enjoying quality time with her grandchildren, Linda embraced every moment. She had a deep connection to the outdoors and looked forward to the charm of yard work and gardening. Linda found peace in nature and the companionship of animals.

Surviving are her children: Joshua (Andrea) Henline of Rossford, OH; Rachel (James) Auld of Gibsonburg, OH; grandchildren: Jacob (Molly) Auld, Julia (Cory) Frey, Jonathan (Lauren) Auld, Robert Henline, Faith Henline; great-grandchildren: Preston Auld, Layla and Stella Frey, Jonathan Auld; sister Carole (Tom) Wasserman of Helena, OH and brother Philip (Daphne) Shoemaker of Benton, LA. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Visitation will take place on Monday, June 16, 2025 from 5-7PM at Herman-Veh Funeral Home & Crematory, 319 W. Madison Street, Gibsonburg, OH. Private funeral services will take place.
