Kenneth A. Paul

Kenneth A. Paul 80, of Gibsonburg died early Wednesday morning, June 25, 2025 at his home surrounded by his family. Ken was born in Fremont, Ohio at Memorial Hospital on October 2, 1944 to James and Vivian Paul. He attended Gibsonburg Schools and graduated with the class of 1964. After high school, Ken served in the Army in Fort Knox, Kentucky. He retired from Chrysler after 34 years. Ken's hobbies included golf, following his favorite sports teams, putting puzzles together and attending his grandchildren's sporting events. Ken is survived by his wife Barbara Paul; ex-wife Melody Haar; children Amy (Jim) Zeller of Woodville, Ohio, Steve (Krista) Paul of Gibsonburg, Ohio, Jerry (Leslie) Bateson of Gibsonburg, Ohio and Jim (Julie) Bateson of Grand Rapids, Michigan; brother Tom (Shirley) Paul of Pemberville, Charlie (Doris) Paul of Lima and many grandchildren and nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents; brother Jim Paul; and grandson Christian Louis Paul.

A memorial service to take place at Zion Lutheran Church on Thursday, July 3, 2025 beginning at 11:00 AM. Those in attendance will be welcomed to join the family for a luncheon following the service at the church.

The family requests that donations be made in Kenneth's memory to Zion Lutheran Church, Gibsonburg.
