Joanne I. Oller, 89, of Gibsonburg, passed away May 7, 2026, at Bowling Green Manor. She was born on August 13, 1936, in Fremont, Ohio, to Robert and Martha (Van Ness) Shull. Joanne attended Gibsonburg High School. She was a cook for Fremont Memorial Hospital for many years before her retirement.

Joanne married James L. "Lewie" Oller, and he preceded her in death on January 11, 2012. A true outdoor enthusiast, Joanne loved camping and spent much of her free time tending to her garden, where she found peace and joy in the simple beauty of nature. Her love for bowling was equally passionate; she was an avid bowler who enjoyed the camaraderie and competition of the game. As a true fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes, Joanne wore her scarlet and gray with pride, and cheered on her team through every season and every game.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Kimberly (Doug) Klotz, Cynthia Oller (Pauline Titterton); 10 grandchildren and many great and great-great grandchildren; siblings, Hazel Bebow and Bob (Rose) Shull.

In addition to her parents and her husband, she is preceded in death by her children, LuAnn (Jewell, Jr.) Bullion, Timothy Oller; grandchild, Kelly Bullion; sister, Barb (Bishop) Camper; brother-in-law, Larry Bebow.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at 12:00 PM at Williams Park in Gibsonburg. She will be laid to rest privately at West Union Cemetery at a later date.
