Iva "Sue" Douglas

Iva Sue Douglas, 83, of Woodville passed away on May 21, 2026. She was born on August 13, 1942 in Tooele, UT a daughter of Robert R. and Catherine "Polly" (Anderson) Reynolds.

Sue graduated from Woodville High School. After high school, Sue worked for the Holiday Inn and later at Elder-Beerman in the Woodville mall. She attended Woodville United Methodist Church for many years where she liked to worship with her community. Above everything, it was known that Sue had a deep love of her family and cherished every family gathering.

On January 7, 1970, she married William Douglas in Woodville. They shared 36 years of marriage until his passing on March 17, 2006.

Sue is survived by her siblings, Bob (Nancy) Rickard, Perry (Barb) Rickard and Sandra (Mitch) Rhodes; granddaughter, Mia Perez; great-grandchildren, Michael Gyuras, Maribelle Kunst and Avianna Kunst; and several nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Catherine "Polly" Rickard and Robert R. Reynolds; husband, William Douglas; daughter, Julie L. Gotez who passed on April 23, 2020; brothers, Ronald "Rex" Reynolds and Michael Rickard; and great-grandchild, Christopher James Mason.

Burial interment will be held at Westwood Cemetery at a later date.
