Gladys L. Shilling

Gladys Shilling, 96, of Fremont, passed away February 23, 2022, at home surrounded by her family. She was born on October 27, 1925, in Binghamton, New York, to Fred and Ruth (Foster) Campbell. Gladys was a 1943 graduate of North High School and worked for many years as a coil winder for Eaton.

Left to cherish her memory are her son, Chuck (Beth) Shilling of Fremont; grandchildren, Ryan (Amy) Shilling of Hope Mills, NC, Craig (Erin) Shilling of Fremont, Caryn Shilling of Fremont, Jeremy (Angie) Polter of Independence, OH, and 9 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Fred Campbell and Joyce Ast.

There will be no services at this time for Gladys. She will be buried at a later date in Valley Home Cemetery in Windam, NY.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Stein Hospice, 1200 Sycamore Line, Sandusky, Ohio 4487.
