Gladys Jane Mullholand

Gladys Jane Mullholand, 76, of Fremont, passed away on May 19. 2025, at Countryside Manor surrounded by her family. She was born in Buckeye, Arizona, on June 8, 1948, to Lawrence and Georgia (Turf) Mullholand. Gladys was a 1967 graduate of Fremont Ross High School. After graduation she earned her certification as an STNA and worked with her sister, Nancy, at Countryside Nursing Home in Fremont from June of 1971 until her retirement in October of 2013. In her younger years Gladys loved to go horseback riding. She also enjoyed coloring, doing crossword puzzles, reading, watching spaghetti westerns and Disney movies, and occasionally indulging in her favorite dessert, chocolate ice cream.

Left to cherish her memory are her siblings, Nancy Mullholand of Fremont, Blanche Mullholand of Chillicothe, OH, Kay Wilson of Old Fort, OH, Dawn (Larry) Foreman of Fremont; nieces and nephews, Derek and Matthew Wilson, Sarah, Zachary, Maggie, Melissa and Joshua Foreman, Summers (Philip) Pena and Angelina Mendivil. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Pam (Ben) Mendivil, and brother-in-law, Joe Wilson.

Per her wishes, burial will be private at Greenlawn Memory Gardens in Clyde, Ohio.

Herman-Karlovetz Funeral Home & Crematory, Fremont, has had the privilege of assisting the Mullholand family during this difficult time.
