Eunice McCollum, 96, of Fremont, passed away June 19, 2026, surrounded by her family. She was born in Tiffin, Ohio, on October 28, 1929, to Benjamin and Dorothy (Runion) Biller. Eunice attended Tiffin Columbian High School. She married Melvin Bogner in 1950, and he preceded her death in 1997. Eunice then married Roy McCollum, who was a Chief Petty Officer for the United States Navy, in 2002. Roy preceded her in death in 2018.

Eunice ran her household and raised her 7 children until they were old enough for her to focus on other pursuits. She worked several factory jobs over the years but spent most of her time with Sterling INOAC. In her free time, Eunice loved playing cards and wintering in Rock Port, TX, where she eventually met Roy. She adored her grandchildren and took every chance she had to spend time with them. After her retirement, she became very involved with giving back to her community through the senior services provided by GCLAP. As she got older, Eunice found joy in the simple pleasures by going for rides and eating out with her family.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Nancy Yontz of Bellevue, OH, Gary (Pam) Bogner of Sandusky, OH, James (Joan) Bogner of Tiffin, OH, Mark (Susan) Bogner of Bellevue, Vicky (Steve) Frasure, Kevin (Deb) Bogner, John Bogner, all of Fremont; 13 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren; siblings, Joe Biller of Tiffin, Thelma Weller of MI. In addition to her parents and her first and second husband, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Louise Smith, Betty Snyder, Bernita Watkins, Franklin Biller Jr.; grandson, Jason Paul Richards Bogner.

Visitation will be held Saturday, June 27, 2026, from 10:00AM until 12:00PM at Herman-Karlovetz Funeral Home & Crematory, 900 North Street, Fremont, OH, 43420. Funeral services will begin at 12:00PM at the funeral home. Pastor Rita Smith will officiate.
