Douglas Baker

Douglas E. Baker, 68, of Luckey, passed away Monday, June 8, 2026 at St. Vincent Medical Center. Doug was born February 13, 1958 in Toledo, OH the son of Charles F. Baker and Nora (Gladden) Wiseman.

Doug was a graduate of Lakota High School and went on to serve in the United States Army. He was a Furnace Repairman at Materion in Elmore and a member of the Local Boilermakers union.

Doug loved riding his Harley and traveling to his favorite places in Pennsylvania, Tennessee, out west and the Florida Keys.

Surviving is his mother Nora Wiseman of Helena, OH; sister Sheila Baker Stanton of Ft. Worth, TX; half brothers Al Wiseman of Fremont, OH; Dan Wiseman of Ashland City, TN; best friend Deb Shufelt. He was preceded in death by his father Charles Baker, and step-father Harold Wiseman.

Graveside services will take place at 11:00 AM on Friday, June 19, 2026 at Troy Township Cemetery, Luckey, OH. Online condolences may be expressed at www.hermanfh.com
