Catherine H. (Dumbroff) Binder

Catherine "Katie" H. (Dumbroff) Binder, 92 of Fremont passed away in the early morning of March 12, 2022 at her home, with her loving family by her side.

She was born on April 16, 1929 to the late Joseph and Esther (Metter) Dumbroff. On September 29, 1946, she married William "Willie" Binder at St. Ann Catholic Church, and shared 45 years together until his passing in 1991.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Vicki (Salvador Jr.) Rodriguez, Billie (Bret) Nitschke, Tammie (Tim) Dondero; daughter-in-law, Kathy Binder; son-in-law, Steve Fritz; 12 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren.

Catherine is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Willie; son, Larry Binder; daughter, Chris Fritz; grandson, Jake Binder; and 7 siblings.

A time of visitation will be held from 4:00 - 7:00 PM on Tuesday, March 15, 2022 at Herman-Karlovetz Funeral Home & Crematory, Fremont. A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, March 16, 2022 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church at 10:00 AM. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery.

Memorial donations in Catherine's name may be made to ProMedica Hospice, or Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
