Carol Ann Smith, 76, of Clyde, passed away Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at Fairview Hospital in Cleveland. She was born April 13, 1946 in Fremont the daughter of Carl and Helen (Schwan) Neeb. Carol enjoyed collecting luminaria candles and going out to eat.

Surviving is her husband Russell Smith of Clyde. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister Nancy St. Clair.

Graveside services will take place at 1:00 P.M. on Tuesday, November 1, 2022 at West Union Cemetery, Gibsonburg, Ohio. Online condolences may be expressed at www.hermanfh.com
