Brian W. Gray

Brian Wilson Gray, 64 of Fremont passed away on September 22, 2026. He was born on January 21, 1962 in Fremont, Ohio to Thomas W. (Doris) Gray and Beverly J. (Bruce) Simmons.

Brian attended Fremont Ross High School and worked with his dad at Pump Nursery for many years. After he left Pump's, he went to Bailey's Nursery and Landscaping.

Brian enjoyed swimming, grilling out, and being outdoors at the local beaches and parks.

He was quite the storyteller and will be remembered for his love of football games, racing, and attending concerts. He was also a Dale Earnhardt fan and collector of racing memorabilia.

His loved ones will always remember his warm, quiet strength, and devotion to his family.

He is survived by his mother, Beverly (Bruce) Simmons; daughter, Melony Gray; son, Ryan Gray; and son, Michael; grandchildren; sisters, Sharon Gray and Rochelle Belair; many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Brian is preceded in death by his father, Thomas Gray; and his sister, DeeAnn.

Brian's family will be planning a private ceremony in Brian's honor at a later date. They are grateful for the kindness and support shown during this time.
