Alfred Fegly

Alfred Eugene “Booger Bear” Fegly, 44, passed away surrounded by his loving family on Friday, January 18, 2019. He was born in Fremont to Alfred Eugene Fegly & Patricia Ann (Clay) Friend.

Alfred was a 1995 graduate of the School of Hope/Brookhill. After graduation, he was employed at the School of Hope as an assembler until his retirement in 2009. Alfred valued craftsmanship which often added to his collection of knives and guns.  He was a member of  the Defiance Coon Club. He enjoyed being outdoors and went hunting and fishing any time that he could. Alfred also loved to go bowling.

Alfred is survived by his mother, Pat Friend; siblings, Walter Fegly and Christina Fegly; and nieces & nephews, Austin, Dizeray, Ivy, Kevin, Hunter & Coltyn Fegly and Coby Zechman; and nephew, Craig Dayringer Jr.

He is preceded in death by his father, Alfred Fegly.

Memorial contributions may be made to Heartland Hospice.

There will be no formal funeral services at this time.
