Buford 'Bud' Abney

Buford "Bud" Abney, 90, a former resident of Parkside Manor, died Monday morning at Parkview Care Center. He was born in Irvine, KY to Charles and Eva Lee (Tyree) Abney. He married Florence Gracemyer on Feb. 12, 1938 in Fremont and she is deceased. Also surviving are daughters-in-law, Donna (Roger) Abney and Cathy (Jim) Abney; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; brothers, Irvin (Janice) Abney and Orville Abney, sister, Bernice Dosenzuk and sister-in-law, Ila Otermat. He is preceded by his parents, wife, sons James & Roger, bothers Jesse & Raymond, sisters Ola Mae Abney and Dorothy Stover. A graveside service was held on Friday at Oakwood Cemetery. Arrangements were handled by Herman-Kinn-Karlovetz Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Fremont.
