Daniel Edward Cicanese

Daniel E. Danny Cicanese 21 of Gibsonburg died unexpectedly from a heart condition in Ft. Myers, Florida on March 29, 2005. He was born on May 21, 1983 in Fostoria to Gary K. & Kimberly A. (Thaxton) Cicanese. Danny graduated from Gibsonburg High School in 2001 and had worked for Mosser Construction as a laborer. Danny loved animals, computers, being with his friends and family along with being an avid golfer. He was a member of St. Michaels Catholic Church, Gibsonburg. Surviving are his parents of Gibsonburg, sister; Lindsay Cicanese of Gibsonburg, grandparents; Frank & Marilyn Cicanese of Port Charlotte, FL, Glenn & Wilma Thaxton of Rising Sun, Barbara Thaxton of Arcadia, great-grandmother Anna Rose Nye of Kansas, Ohio, along with several aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by an aunt; Jill Brockbrader in 1993, great-grandparents; Wayne & Geraldine Thaxton and Paul Nye. Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 3, 2005 at the Herman-Kinn-Veh Funeral Home & Cremation Services from 2-8 PM. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Monday at 10:30 AM with Fr. Don Mueller officiating. Burial will follow at Bradner Cemetery, Wayne. Memorial contributions may be made to the family or donors choice.
