Lowell E. Batie

Lowell E. Batie, 71, of Fremont, died late Thursday in the emergency room at Memorial Hospital. He was born in Fremont to George and Naomi Batie. Surviving is a son, Kelly Batie and daughter, Lavinia Batie; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; brother George (Anne) Batie; sister, Jean Diggs. Preceding Lowel are his parents and sister, Joan. Visitation was held at the Herman-Kinn-Karlovetz Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Fremont. Services were held on Wednesday at the funeral home and burial was at Greenlawn Memory Gardens, Clyde.
