Vernon L. Cooper, 77 of Fremont, died on Tuesday, March 13, 2007. He was born on January 12, 1929 in Fremont to the now deceased Vernon R. and Gladys M. (Leonard) Cooper. Vernon was a veteran of the US Army serving in Korea between 1949 to 1951. He was a handyman by occupation. Surviving are siblings, Howard Cooper and Joyce Good of Fremont. Preceding him in death are his parents, sisters, Donna Weickert & Fern Cooper.
