Charles Richard Herman

Charles "Rick" Herman, 48, of Gibsonburg died Tuesday at St. Francis Health Care Centre in Green Springs. He was born in Fremont to Charles E. and Mary (Kowaleski) Herman. His mother survives in Gibsonburg. Also surviving are sisters, Vicky (Ron) Franklin and Cathy (Dan) Clements, both of Glendale, AZ, Sandy (Brent Glasscock) Herman of Houston, TX and Cheri (Dave) Miller of Lindsey; companion, Carolynne Cooper of Gibsonburg; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation was held on Friday and a funeral mass was held on Saturday at the funeral home.
