Mary E. Ladd

Mary E. Ladd, 74 of Elmore, died on Sunday afternoon at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Perrysburg. She was born on February 13, 1930 in Emison, IN to Victor and Hallie (Trobaugh) McGuire. Mary was a 1948 graduate of Gibsonburg High School. She worked as a waitress at the Holiday Inn, Frank Unkles and Charcoal House. Mary is survived by children; Gretchen (Joe) Mehalovitz, Canon City, CO, Pam (Dale) Shammo, MA, Jennifer (John) Ottney, Elmore, Casey (Charmaine) Ladd, Woodville, Michelle (Rick) DeVore, Gibsonburg, 9 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren, brothers, Bob McGuire, Fremont and Chuck McGuire, MI. Preceding Mary in death are her parents and 4 brothers and 2 sisters. Visitation will be on Wednesday, February 2nd from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at the Herman-Kinn-Veh Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Gibsonburg. Services will be held 11 a.m. on Thursday at Solomon Lutheran Church, Woodville with Pastor Bill Duty officiating. There will be additional visitation on Thursday from 10 to 11 a.m. at church. Burial to follow at the West Union Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the donors choice or Hospice of Northwest Ohio, Perrysburg.
