Robin Ludwig

Robin Rob Ludwig, 44, of Fremont passed away Friday, August 20, 2010. He was born on September 26, 1965 in Fostoria to Robert E. and Patricia A. (Hummel) Ludwig. Rob graduated from Fostoria High School and later became a Certified Electrician. He worked for Nickles Bakery, Carbo Forge and Faurecia. On March 12, 1988 he married Kimberly K. Cunningham, together they had two daughters Ashley and Samantha.

Rob was known as a fun loving and happy man. He liked the Cincinnati Reds and Dale Earnhart Sr. Rob loved his dog, "Girl". He enjoyed spending time with his family including his many nieces and nephews. He will be deeply missed by his family surviving him including, his mother, Patricia Ludwig of Fostoria; wife, Kimberly Ludwig of Gibsonburg; daughters Ashley and Samantha Ludwig both of Fremont, grandchildren, TJ, Taeden and Tallon Brown; Grandmas, Laura Hummel-Rowe and Doris Scherger; brother Shane A. (Edie) Ludwig.

He is preceded in death by his father, Robert Ludwig; grandfathers, Gerald Hummel and Charles Scherger.

Visitation will be on Thursday, August 26, 2010 from 3-5 p.m. at the Herman-Kinn-Karlovetz Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Fremont. A memorial service will follow at 5 p.m.
