Marty Ochs

Marty Ochs, 59, of Fremont died Friday, April 20, 2007 at Countryside Continuing Care Center, Fremont. She was born on May 14, 1947 in Fremont to Ralph & Rita Marie (Ross) Grove. Marty graduated from St. Josephs Catholic High School in 1965, and had attended Terra Community College from 1980-81 studying Industrial Electricity. She received certification as a Yoga instructor and had a diploma in Reiki. On November 12, 2004 she married Robert Lewis Ochs. Marty was a Bookkeeper, and a MRDD Care Giver in Fremont and Clyde, as well as a certified Yoga instructor. She was a member of the NRA, Toledo Rock & Gem Club, Reiki, and enjoyed soap and candle making, beadwork, and reading. Marty is survived by her mother, Rita Marie Grove, of Fremont, husband Robert, of Fremont; children Rick & Melissa (Rine) Bernard, Green Springs, Sara Rine, Clyde, Trent & Sara (Ochs) Beard, Sandusky, Nicholas & Leigh (Michaels) Ochs, Tiffin, and Rich & Alicia (Ochs) Stumbo, Washington Courthouse; one brother, Jim (Mary Jo) Grove, Pataskala, one sister, Nancy Grove, Fremont and 8 grandchildren. Her father, and one daughter, Stacey Lyn Rine, preceded her in death. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 4-9 PM at the Herman-Kinn-Karlovetz Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Fremont. Memorial services will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, April 27, 2007 at the Funeral Home.
