Robert Ray Semer

Robert Ray Semer, 85, Fremont, died early Thursday at Parkview Care Center in Fremont. He was born to the now-deceased William J. and Nettie (Russel) Semer in Liberty Township, Seneca County. He married Irene Craun on Dec. 1, 1940 in Bettsville and she survives. Also surviving is a son, Jerry Semer of Fremont; two grandchildren and brother, Russel (Ruck) Semer of Holland, MI. He is preceded by his parents; son, Robert Ray Jr.; brothers, James, Charles, "Sonny", Burl and sisters, Marietta Brammel and Hazel Hartsel. Visitation was held on Monday, Sept. 23, 2004 at the Herman-Kinn-Karlovetz Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Fremont. Services were held on Monday at 2 p.m. at the funeral home and burial was at Oakwood Cemetery, Fremont.
