Rialey J. Stout, infant son of Justin Stout and Britney Stelter was stillborn on Sunday, September 18, 2011 at Fremont Memorial Hospital. He is survived by his parents, grandparents, Cindy & David Stout and Vickey Stelter; uncle Jacob Stout. Services will be held on Thursday, September 22nd at 6:30 p.m. at Grace Brethren Chapel with Keith Merriman officiating. May he rest peaceful in Gods hands.
