Joaquin Aguilar, Jr.

Joaquin Aguilar, Jr., 31, formally of Fremont passed away on Wed., Dec. 13, 2017 at St. Charles Mercy Hospital, Oregon. He was born on Feb. 5, 1986 in Fremont to Joaquin and Doreen (Batesole) Aguilar, Sr.

Joaquin graduated from Fremont Ross / Vangaurd in 2005. He worked for Zoeller’s Lawn and Snow Service in Tiffin as a leader of a lawn crew. Joaquin enjoyed working on cars and trucks, but loved being outside cutting grass, hunting and fishing.

Surviving are his parents, Joaquin and Doreen Aguilar Sr.; fiancée, Ashley Graham; son, Hunter Aguilar; step-daughter, Ainsley Graham; siblings, Cristina (Adrian Ventura) Aguilar of Port Clinton, Veronica (Eraldo Perez) Aguilar of Bowling Green, Juan P. Aguilar of Fremont; 3 nieces; 3 nephews; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 17, 2017 at the Herman-Karlovetz Funeral Home & Cremation Services from 1-7 p.m. where a Vigil will be held at 7 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, December 18, 2017 at St. Joseph Catholic Church at 10 a.m. Fr. Michael Roemmele will officiate. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.  

Memorials may be made to the funeral home to help with the care of Joaquin.
